We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the UK on orders over £60. Our free shipping uses the Evri Standard delivery service, which will deliver in 2-3 working days (if your order is placed prior to 2pm Mon-Fri).

We now also offer a range of delivery options to UK addresses.

Evri Next Working Day Delivery (24 hours) 

Evri ParcelShop & 24/7 Lockers (2-3 days) 

DHL Express (Next Working Day)


The delivery timelines stated above are based on your order being placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after the 2pm cut-off will be delivered 1 day later.

UK - Evri Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £3.95 (but free on orders over £60).

UK- Evri Next Working Day Delivery (24 hours) - £4.95

UK - DHL Express (Next Working Day) - £6.95

* Note: A delivery fee of £9.95 applies to N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Highlands & Islands of Scotland. We use the DPD 2-day service for these regions.

Ireland - £9.95 using DHL Express

DHL and DPD services will need somebody to sign for the order on delivery. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will email you with a tracking number so that you can check its status.

Please note our warehouse is not open weekends (Sat & Sun), so orders placed after 2pm on Friday or later will not be processed until the following Monday.

As the only official authorised distributor of Environ® products in the United Kingdom and Ireland, these are the only destinations we ship to.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to ensure you always have the best possible experience when purchasing your products via Eventis.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, you can return any item by notifying us within 14 working days of the date you received the order.

Simply call us on +44 (0)208 4383289 or email customerservice@eventispro.com within 14 days from the date you received your order and we will arrange this for you.

We can't be held responsible for non delivery of returned goods.

We will replace any item like-for-like or if the item is no longer available we will refund you via the original payment method. Please allow 30 days from the date you contacted us.
