DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping Times

We offer FREE delivery to anywhere in the UK on orders over £60. We will send your order via a tracked courier service (DPD or DHL Express). So someone will need to sign for them or you need to designate a safe place for them to be left. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will email you with a tracking number so that you can check its status.

We aim to deliver your products within 48 hours of your order. However, please note our warehouse is not open Sat-Sun so orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipping on orders under £60 to UK cost £4.95.

Channel Islands & Isle of Man: £9.95

Republic of Ireland - £9.95

As the only official authorised distributor of Environ® products in the United Kingdom and Ireland, these are the only destinations we ship to.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to ensure you always have the best possible experience when purchasing your products via Eventis.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, you can return any item by notifying us within 14 working days of the date you received the order.

Simply call us on +44 (0)208 4383289 or email customerservice@eventispro.com within 14 days from the date you received your order and we will arrange this for you.

We can't be held responsible for non delivery of returned goods.

We will replace any item like-for-like or if the item is no longer available we will refund you via the original payment method. Please allow 30 days from the date you contacted us.
